New Zealand will probably keep the borders closed to the outside world for the rest of the year. This was announced by the country’s Social Democratic Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.
Arden confirms that New Zealand is likely to keep its borders closed throughout 2021. The reason given is that it will be some time before the entire population of the country is vaccinated against covid-19.
