The newly appointed president Joe Biden and his administration is already preparing to carry out extensive cyberattacks on Russian networks, according to what are said to be government sources. The attacks are believed to coincide with increased economic sanctions against Russia.
Neoconservative New York Times reports that the Biden administration sees the planned cyber attacks against Russia as “revenge” for alleged Russian cyber attacks and for “sending a clear message” to Russian authorities.
