Like many other governments, the Finnish government and Social Democrat Prime Minister Sanna Marin are now referring to an even more repressive corona policy in preventing further spread of a new wave of a mutated coronavirus. From March 8, the society will be severely shut down for three weeks and the freedom of assembly in the country will be severely curtailed.
– I know you’re tired. So am I. But we have to be strong and now the situation is more difficult. The British virus variant is more difficult, the old tools are not enough.
Closed borders are not enough, says the Social Democratic Prime Minister Sanna Marin on one press conference.
