Storytel released support for Apple Watch

For all you Storytel users out there who also have an Apple Watch, here’s a news for you. Now Storytel made an update which makes the Storytel app available via your Apple Watch. Maybe it was time, but of course we should cheer for the companies that are taking steps to make technology life easier for all of us in everyday life. The big advantage is probably not the ability to control the audiobook reading via the wrist instead of on the mobile screen, but the ability to listen to the audiobook out in the hammock or on the walk if the mobile is not included. According to Storytel, the support for synchronized content allows you to switch sleeplessly between your iPhone and Apple Watch for playback.

The Storytel app for Apple Watch will be launched today, June 28, and is available to all users in all markets with Apple Watch Series 3 and later that also have watchOS 7. To be able to use this, an active Storytel subscription is required, but I guess so that you may have already figured out.
