Beetlejuice 2, officially titled Beetlejuice 2: Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, is an upcoming American supernatural comedy horror film directed by Tim Burton and written by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, based on a story by Seth Grahame-Smith. It is the sequel to the 1988 film Beetlejuice, and stars Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, Jenna Ortega, Monica Bellucci, and Willem Dafoe.
Plot
Beetlejuice is set 33 years after the events of the first film, and follows the Maitlands who return to their home in the fictional town of Winter, Vermont, after their daughter Lydia inherits the house from her late aunt. The Maitlands soon discover that the house is now haunted by a new family, and they must once again enlist the help of the mischievous bio-exorcist Beetlejuice to scare them away.
